I was raped by an ex that I still work with. Is there a way to tell someone so we can be separated but not be drug through a nasty confrontation with any of the people over me? I can't work with how it is now. I just want to be away from him, not have to tell everybody what happend.

You must let someone know, NEVER let someone get away with something like that. This guy is wrong and needs to be reported PLEASE!!!!!! [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]

Rape is a serious matter we are talking about but it also depends of what sort of rape, if he threatened you to not say anything you shouldn't be scared at all you should go and inform your family or the police . However if you dont want to leave your work it shouldn't be you leaving anyway it should be him but that is not going to happen unless you take actions towards it.
I personally suggest you talk to someone you trust because it's going to make you feel better about yourself, don't be frightened sweetie if an ex done that he is a total idiot who doesn't deserve to be called a man.
