Can anybody please tell me how i can get cheek dimples without surgery?

They make it look like you have dimples. Note that when you take out the jewelry after having them for quite some time, the "man made" dimples will stay.

Only thing you'll be able to do that's not as serious as surgery, whilst still getting the desired dimple look.

Can't be done. You either have 'em or don't.

Surgery can create them, but anyone who suggests that you can get them by poking your cheek a lot, or smiling a lot, is an idiot. You can't.
