Please help! Plegm in throat

Question Posted Friday February 17 2012, 10:52 pm

This morning I woke up with lots of plegm in the troat and I had a groos feeling stomach (not nausea) that has stayed all day. My problem is that when I get plegm close to my mouth I don't know how to pull it into my mouth and I have to swallow it. :( I have a phobia of throwing up and I know too much of this can cause you to throw up. So what can I do to get the plegm out of my stomach? And how do I bring it into my mouth? Thank You!

Hello there!

I would suggest using Mucinex you can buy it at Walmart in the pharmacy area. It helps with mucus and chest congestion.

Here is a link about Mucinex if you want to read up on it;

Good luck and feel better soon
