Hey, I'm female, almost 22 years old, and I'm 5 feet. I have a pretty fast metabolism and I've always been pretty petite. I've been complimented on my stomach a lot because it's usually really flat and just looks like it's in good shape.. well lately it hasn't been that way. For the past few weeks I've been extremely bloated. I thought maybe it was a backed up menstrual cycle or I was just gaining weight because I've been eating a lot of junk food, but it just persists even though i've been trying to eat healthier.
I've also had a lot of gas. It'll just be really random and whenever I'm around people I constantly feel like I have to hold it in.
I was on birth control for 2 years and it never gave me a problem. I have an irregular period without it, but recently I stopped taking it.
I shouldn't be having my period anytime soon, one just recently ended and the bloating has been for awhile anyway so I don't believe it has anything to do with it.
Anyways my stomach has been kinda distended and it actually looks like I'm slightly pregnant (SLIGHTLY) not a lot at all. (and I'm definitely not pregnant)... but I'm just trying to explain how it looks. When I press on my stomach it feels tight and sorta firm like it's not exactly fat but there's something inside of me. I don't know if I'm just "backed up" or if it's something serious or what.
Has this happened to anyone else before? I just want my flat belly back :( and I feel sluggish and no matter what I do it's not going away.
It's not permanent right? please help!

Exercise from 30-2 hours a day is good at your age as in eating vegtibles, fruit, carbs and lots of protein. You may be geting sick and if you feel tired then rest. But since none of us are doctors I sugest you go and see a doctor so they can tell you what's going on and help you het rid of it because there's a slight chance it could be serious.
