Girls like it when a guy gives them attention. Not too much but not too less. Stare at her in class once or so a day. And let her catch you staring at her. This guy that I really dont talk to was staring at me in class and I quickly fell for him. We never went out though because we barely communicated. Something that is really random but girls love is stickers. Just randomly bring her a sticker one day. A small one, those are the best. And dont do this all the time, if she appreciates it when you give her the first one then bring another every once in a while. If she doesn't seem to appreciate it to much then just leave it. I wouldnt do the sticker for like older than 20 though.

You can't make her like you. Either she does or she doesn't. If she decides to go with the other guy, then too bad, move on.
If she chooses you, well done and be happy.
But you can't force someone to like you.
