Bigger legs

Anyone have any good ways to gain weight in your legs ?? I gain weight everywhere but there ! I hate chicken legs !!

Start running. I run a lot and I've built up a lot of muscle in my legs.

You can also try biking or hiking. Even using the leg machines at the gym is a good start.

However, it does take time to build muscle. Especially in your legs.

Its hard to really put weight on any specific body area. You cannot control where the weight goes, just like you can't control where the weight is lost.

Your best bet is to eat plenty of protein and do leg exercises with a a barbell e.g. dead-lifts etc.

Legs are hard to train however. I know people who don't even bother, and focus on the upper body, letting as much fat as possible to settle on the legs.
