orphans answered Friday January 27 2012, 6:31 pm: Its hard to really put weight on any specific body area. You cannot control where the weight goes, just like you can't control where the weight is lost.
Your best bet is to eat plenty of protein and do leg exercises with a a barbell e.g. dead-lifts etc.
Legs are hard to train however. I know people who don't even bother, and focus on the upper body, letting as much fat as possible to settle on the legs.
