I have been fingering... does that mean im pregnant?
Well i missed my period this month and im only 12 im worried cause i've always been not on time so there is this white stuff and like i have been fingering up there does that mean im pregent???????

At your age, not knowing how long you have been having your periods, it is quite normal to miss a period now and then. For instance if you have suddenly become very active in sports and are exercising a lot you will miss your period and your period may stop altogether while you are in training or exercising excessively.
To prove my point look at the women Olympic athletes. Some of them are as old as 18 and you may be better developed then they are. The reason for this is because of all the training they do. When they stop training their breast will grow and their periods will start.
It is also just after the holidays your eating habits may have changed, this too can cause a change in your period.
To get pregnant sperm must enter the vagina. You cannot get pregnant from fingering yourself. There is also nothing wrong with masturbation, fingering, it is a good, pleasant way to relieve the the sexual tension you are feeling caused by puberty.

You can not get pregnant if you haven't had sexual contact with someone, In order to get pregnant the sperm has to have some sort of contact with the vagina. You cannot get pregnant by self masturbation.
The white stuff is likely discharge which is very common. It means that the vagina is cleaning itself out.

There could also be a variety of reasons you haven't got your period yet, As you are 12 years old your body could be going through the puberty stage and sometimes that alone can throw a period off.
Symptoms of delayed periods:
Stress, Depression, Poor dieting, Illness, Excessive exercise and I am sure there are other factors as well. You are likely fine just be patient and it will come.

You can only possibly be pregnant if you have had any sexual intercourse.
The white stuff that you have entcounetered is most likely discharge.
Missing your period does not always mean pregnancy, you could miss it because you are stressed.
I would wait and take note of what happens over time. I have missed my period before, and it has come back normal. And vaginal discharge should be white
