I'm 15, and the guy I like is a year younger. We started talking on Facebook, and he asked for my number. He always texts me but when ever he has a chance to talk to me in person he doesn't. We walk past in the halls if I'm not looking at him he will stare at me, but if I Am looking he will have his head down. He says he likes me but he likes the single life, he likes hookups better than relationships. He said he would ask me out but hockey takes up to much of his time. He said if it was summer he would date me but by then I would probably like a different guy. He says im going to get hurt by him even if he doesnt want to. He is always texting lots of girls and he told me that, plus most of the girls are my friends. He keeps saying that we need to hang out but it hasnt happened yet. Idk if I should move on if hes a player or keep trying because he's shy. So confused.

smileydino answered Tuesday January 3 2012, 5:20 pm: You are 15 and he is 14, there should be no "hook ups" Big mistake for him and for you if you end up doing that. Trust me I know, I lost my virginity to a "hook up" when I was 14 and it's stupid, stupid, stupid, 14 year old guys should no be players, and if he is giving off mixed signals such as these move on and find someone who is less complicated. Don't take anything to serious, you're only 15, but stay away from this kid. He just sounds idiotic, you have you're whole life to grow up, there will be plenty of "players" So just give yourself all the time in the world to grow up. Trust me.
