Pook answered Thursday December 8 2011, 5:40 am: It depends what you mean by "eating healthy". Do you mean eating different types of food, or different food and also less food? It is possible to stay at the same weight or even put on weight by eating too much healthy food! If you keep your caloric intake the same but start doing exercise, then the weight should come off. "Eating healthy" will probably help you to not overeat, but you should still have some awareness of your overall calorie intake per day.
If you want to lose weight in a healthy way, i.e. not too quickly with minimal impact to your metabolism, you are looking at losing 1-2lbs per week. You may have a higher initial loss (mostly water) which will settle down after a few weeks. [ Pook's advice column | Ask Pook A Question ]

How fast you'll loose it probably depends on how much work you are doing/how hard the work outs are. [ DoTheDewification's advice column | Ask DoTheDewification A Question ]
