Not at all. I'm 5'7" and although when I take pictures, I tend to tower over everyone, in actuality, I'm not that tall.
I'd say 5'9" and above is tall for a girl, considering that's the minimum average height for a model.

i.e. if you're from the Nethrelands you're about average, but if you're from Bolivia you're a giant! :) If you're from the US, you're taller than average, but I wouldn't say you are 'tall'.

You are fine. I'm 5'7 and im 14 I always was like I'm to tall or when I'm by somebody tall im like im to short so basically what I am trying to say you are at a normal height.

Not really, you're obviously not short, I'd say you're slightly above average height. However, a lot of my friends are five feet tall in heels haha. You're normal. Don't get so hung up over your height & just embrace it! Not like you can change it, right?
You're fine, and don't be self-conscious about wearing heels, either. Confidence is the best accessory.
