I know if you switch from what you eat to what you don't eat will certainly change your overweight problem. As for the hunchback problem -I suggest you seek the advice of a Chiropractor and posture expert to help you correct and train yourself in correct posturing. ]
The bright side about losing weight is that you don't have to give up the foods you love. If you don't want to change any of the foods you are currently eating, that's okay. Just eat less of these foods and you can lose weight. ]
lean your back back at night in bed stick your middle out so u feel it straiten hold it there so your back can get readjusted .hold as long as you can youl feel a bit ofpain in your back chest it shd start to feel right. i do it and its better its just getting back back to its naturalway. ]

That is all what you said.
How do you prepare your chicken? Whatever you do, Do not fry it. Fried chicken is greasy and unhealthy! If you make Garlic bread skip the white bread and go for Wheat. White bread is not good for you. Also, If you eat out a lot try to cut back to once a month.
Exercising is very important, The best way to do it is to do it in a fun way. Do you like to shoot hoops? If you do, Maybe you and your family could plan a day to go to the park. Winter is coming up, If you don't usually shovel then go out and offer to help people shovel out their driveway. Shoveling is a workout and you can burn off calories this way. Skip the pizza, If you want pizza you can make your own.
Try this:
Wheat Dough, Low fat cheese, Tomato sauce (Don't over stuff the pizza with toppings)
Also, Portion size is important. When you eat only eat one plate. Here is a trick: Instead of using a large dinner plate try using a smaller plate. Also, Try eating with the opposite hand. If you drink soda, Then skip that and go for water and if you feel the need for flavor you can buy the water packets and put it in a bottle. (They come in all flavors) The best thing is walking. Get off the couch and walk just 20 minutes a day will it off too. ]
