Anorexia will cause bone loss and thus also enamel loss on your teeth, so they will become looser and start to get gaps between them.

Bulimia causes teeth to decay because the constant purging means a lot of stomach acid going over the teeth and eroding them.

Either way, not eating or eating too much and purging is not good for your body, and your teeth are probably the least of your concerns...

Anorexia can cause the body to slowly shut down due too it thinking it's starving. It can weaken the muscles cause hair loss, fragile bones, irregular heart beat, kidney and liver failure and most of all infertility and death.

I'm not really sure what it does too your teeth but I do know that bulimia can very well cause your teeth to rot and decay and I'm assume that anorexia could have the same effect. It's a deadly and very unhealthy thing and I would highly suggest seeking therapy for the problem.
