I need a party outfit that is sexy but not slutty

ok so I'm going to a party tomorrow and I have no IDEA what to wear! I wanna look sexy, but not slutty. Please, I really need help! I'm a 13 year pld female.

Deb is a good place to find semi-sexy stuff. You don't want to be sexy at your age but attractive is good. Tight jeans and an attractive blouse is good. If this a little more formal party, you can go with a dress or skirt/blouse option. The dress shouldn't be to short or you'll cross into the slutty phase. I hope this helps and good luck.
