I don't eat anything when I go to school because I don't like the food. I cabnt pack a lunch everyday, I just wait to go home and eat. Sometimes I feel sick and sometimes I throw up liquid when I haven't eaten anything. Why do I feel like I have to puke when I don't eat?

1) start with your favorite food- you HAVE to eat something or else nothing will enter your mind in school it will be useless...no energy.
2)what do you eat at home? bring that to school.
3) i was operated on before and i was advised not to eat the night before and after the operation and i vomitted GREEN YUCKY STUFF. it was stomach acid. thats what is left when there is no food or drink in the stomach and it tastes bitter and yucky. thats the bottom of the barrel. that is the lining of your stomach that helps break down the food we eat and its not supposed to go out. but there is nothing and it creates acid and it (sort of like a science experiment) bubbles and goes up as vommit. that is really bad!
nickwolf answered Wednesday August 31 2011, 9:04 am: See not eating isnt good, maybe u where sick, but when you're hungry your stomach starts to squeze and what I think happened is that your stomach was telling you it was hungry so much it threw up anything you had. About the liquid, that could simply be water or juice or anything you drank. I suggest you at least bring a snack. If that doesn't help bring a lunch. Though if it continues see a doctor immeadiatly! We aren't doctors, We can't really give you a proper reason to why you are throwing up liquid. If this is an on going problem then you should see a doctor as there could be something seriously wrong.
Not eating can lead to being malnourished, Lack of vitamins, calcium, protein etc. Not drinking enough liquids can lead to dehydration. Pack something the night before and take it with you, You can even pick up a bottled water at a store for less then a buck....There is no excuse to skip out on a meal.
