See not eating isnt good, maybe u where sick, but when you're hungry your stomach starts to squeze and what I think happened is that your stomach was telling you it was hungry so much it threw up anything you had. About the liquid, that could simply be water or juice or anything you drank. I suggest you at least bring a snack. If that doesn't help bring a lunch. Though if it continues see a doctor immeadiatly!
