You may as well fess up now for if you continue to stall your teacher will tell contact her. If that happens or if she is summoned to school for a parent teacher conference because you are not doing homework and mom has to take of work to do so. Then mom has the drive home to work up a real good rage before she sets foot in the house. Better you tell her now and face the music then she be called by your teacher.

I too would like too know why you are not doing your homework. Maybe there is some advice we can offer you. Besides the fact that mom may get upset with you, yell at you, possibly ground you. There is the fact that your grade for the missed home work will be zero. Depending on what percentage homework has on your overall grade for a marking period it will be hard to raise your grade to an acceptable level with zeros on homework assignments.

Let us know what the problem is and if we can offer any suggestions we will. But you still need to tell mom ASAP.

It may not be as bad as you think. But the longer you wait the worse her reaction will be. I can tell you that it will also be much worse if she finds out on her own. telling her yourself may help soften the blow a little for her. Summon up some courage and find her during a calm time and just tell her. Be sure to let her know that you know it was wrong and you want to do better. Us moms like to hear that kind of stuff! I know its so hard to admit when you mess up, but its those times that make us stronger and help us grow. I hope your mom will be able to see that you are growing into a mature person who is brave enough to admit when they are wrong. good luck!

First of.. Why aren't you doing it?
Is it that you are having trouble?
Is it that you are confused about how to do it?

Or is it the fact that your just not doing it?
If thats the case... Start doing it.. sure sure hw is a pain in the ass. And it takes a while.. But would you really wanna be 27 and going back for classes because you simply 'didn't do your homework'...

As an adult im telling you to be smart about your homework. it's work for a reason. so you can learn and get your GED Highschool Diploma) which is a very important thing. With out it you can get a sommewhat okay job., But with it,. It opens sooooo many doors!

Hope this helps:)
