i haven't pooped in like 2 days! i can;t get it out! i tried so hard and idk what to do! i tried medimucial and it didnt work, i tried eating fruits and water and it didnt work! i can;t buy anything at the store and i cant go to the doctor and im NOT telling my parents!
I don't understand why you can't tell your parents about this. Constipation is a medical problem that needs to be attended to by a doctor if normal home corrective actions do not work.
Some reasons for constipation could be a bowel obstruction, which can only be corrected by doctors. Use of drugs, both legal and illegal, which cause the bowels to be come sluggish.
If you are the type of person that goes to the bathroom daily and you have not gone in two to three days you have to tell your parents. If you do not and you continue to be constipated you are going to end up in the hospital emergency room and most likely having to under go life saving procedures. These procedures can be painful and not very nice from a modesty standpoint. [ adviceman49's advice column | Ask adviceman49 A Question ]

Make sure you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, Now two days isn't entirely concerning if you haven't had a bowel movement it's somewhat normal. However, If you mean you've been constipated for two days then you NEED to see a doctor. As embarrassing as it is too admit I have gone through a problem like this once before in my life.
And this is what the doctor told me kid:
Going too long being constipated can overtime cause a deadly toxin to your body.
Feces is nothing but waste passing through your body and to ignore a problem can cause great consequences. Try taking a stool softener and wait about an hour to see if that helps any, Stay away from greasy food and dairy products as to much can become a big problem. However like I said if you've been constipated for two days then you NEED to go to the emergency room. This is nothing to be embarrassed about and I can tell you from my experience it's way better to go and get over with then to suffer the pain. [ Xui's advice column | Ask Xui A Question ]
Trauma answered Thursday August 18 2011, 11:29 pm: Two days between bowel movements doesn't seem all that strange to me. Some people have bowel movements more often than others. Some sources say that constipation is usually defines as less than 3 bowel movements a week. But if you tend to "go" fairly regularly, I can understand being a little worried. First of all, don't strain yourself. It'll happen eventually, just be patient.
Some home remedies you can try are eating fiber, raisins, or caffeine (especially coffee). Also, if you feel like it just won't come out, you may want to try a stool softener instead of medimucil or laxatives. If the problem persists, you may need to go to the doctor, just to rule out any medical conditions, like IBS. [ Trauma's advice column | Ask Trauma A Question ]
