We both are in a relationship from 5-6 months, and I know he is my perfect guy, although he loves me a lot but keeps on telling that how can I look better and be better at everything, so is he satisfied with me? Does he want to be with me? and how can I become perfect for him, I really want to....

If your boyfriend can't accept you for who you are then you shouldn't be with him. It sounds to me like this guy may be trying to change you, Why change who you are? Wouldn't it be more work to be in a relationship when you aren't able to be yourself? I would think so! Don't ever change who you are for anyone, Relationships aren't about being someone your not and changing to make someone satisfied. Relationships ARE about being yourself because that is what someone should be attracted too.

Sweetie, you shouldn't have to change yourself for a guy. There is no such thing as being "perfect"; everyone has their flaws and some thing they're embarrassed about. The best thing is to in brace those flaws and be proud of them! If your boy friend is telling you, you can look better and be better at everything, that's not being a good boy friend. He should be there for you, no matter what, especially if he's saying he loves you.
How do you feel when he's telling you that you could be better at something or you could look better. What goes though you mind when he's saying that, honestly?
You obviously want to be with this guy though, so I suggest talking to him about how you're feeling. Ask him if he's still attracted and satisfied with you, then go from there.

Maybe he simply wants you to look/be your best, but if he is critizing everything you do then it's time to talk to him. You don't need to change for anyone because you should already be the best to them if they love you. One of the biggest mistakes people make while in a relationship is to try and change their partner. First of all you can't change how a person is and if you don't like how they are then you shouldn't be with them in the first place. Talk to him you say you guys love each other so everything should be fine:)
