Seeing spots ... :/

Question Posted Tuesday August 9 2011, 3:21 pm

Hey i was trying out for volleyball yesterday and i really pushed my self till i started seeing black spots . Like , it really wasn't black spots on things that i saw , i guess because i was really tired and i almost couldn't catch my breathe , that's how hard i pushed my self . So my question is why did i start seeing black spots ? And by the way they stopped after i start catching my breathe and stuff . :/ Help ,Please . (: (:

It could be your eye sight. Have an eye doctor check your eyes and stuff. I have a floater in my eye Its like a piece of tissue like skin tissure or whatever that got in my eye I have to keep having it checked. also your blood pressure is probably low

When you sugar hits a certain low number, those spots will appear. It is caused by lack of fluids or food in the body, and burning the calories so much, your sugar drops dramatically. I would suggest drinking Gatorade, or always carrying something with chocolate in it. When you see those spots, it is usually followed by passing out, so you are very lucky you didn't. thats happened to me before..
its basically your body telling you that you need to relax and not push yourself so hard because you were about to pass out.
you need to drink more fluids and eat more so you have more energy before tryouts and games and practices.
if this keeps happening you need to go to a doctor, but im sure youre fine :] sometimes this happens, especially if youre tired and you havent had a good nights sleep.
good luck ! hope i helped, xxo.
