Im an curious on whats the fastest and easiest way to lose weight? That doesnt cost alot. Thanks:]

Oh I have told so many people this...and it will work. So ... have you heard of zumba? trust me go buy the game or go to the local gym and go for and try a class... if you put effort in you can burn up to 1,000 calories in AN HOUR CLASS! its a lot of fun.. music and cardio and dancing to make you loose weight FAST! look at zumba testimonies! :) also, drink A LOT A LOT of water... and do not eat too much after 7-8 o'clock or 6? I can't remeber which one , but it works! Also, if you have time always walk everywhere don't take the car or bus , WALK! trust me this will work , but you will have to wait a month or less to see results.. it will help you and excersise :) and eat well cut out the packaged food if you eat it , or the junk food , but dont cut it all out because your body might be use to it and just tone it down :) and balance it out ,

Try doing youtube work out videos if not do small workouts well watching tv.

Now nomatter howmuch you workout,. it will take a while before you see major results or changes. that is just how our body works.
