snowboardbabe answered Wednesday July 27 2011, 2:52 pm: Really? Your asking that as a question? The answer is obvious.. yes unfortunatley you do have depression. Just cutting yourself is not right... and taking pills to sleep forever? yeah.. your dealing with bad depression and some suicidal thinking. Please do not think that way.. your only hurting your family and yourself and the people you know.Im pretty sure you wouldnt want anyone to be in the depressed state your in. So , please save yourself and please see someone. You know you have depression if you cry often, cut wrists, think negatively, sit alone ,negative aspect on everything , suicidal thoughts , unhappy , feeling no self worth , no self-esteem and etc. I suggest you don't ask because no one wants you depressed. You can always have a better life you just need to get your head out of the gutter. [ snowboardbabe's advice column | Ask snowboardbabe A Question ]
BLONDShorty answered Sunday July 17 2011, 11:58 pm: there's no magic way to know if you have depression. But, it seems like you do. There are people whose level of depression is lower than yours and that is why they don't do anything about it. that's why a lot of pills say that they may increase thoughts of suicide. It seems that's the "level" that you are at, which is still depression. At your level, I would advise to get counseling. They may prescribe medication, but I think just counseling just talking to someone may help. Sweetheart, I know it may sound easy for me to say, but remember that none of this helps. You will find your happiness if you let someone help you. There is always hope and it can always be worst. I wish you the best, honey! :) xoxo [ BLONDShorty's advice column | Ask BLONDShorty A Question ]
