You need to incorporate more movement into your day if you want to lose weight. It is not healthy to stop eating. Your body and your heart will thank you if you get a bit more exercise while still providing it all the nutrients it needs. You can increase your NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) in a number of ways, and it's all the usual stuff: take the stairs instead of the lift, do calf raises while you're on the phone, walk further to get your lunch, have stand-up meetings, clean your house more often, get off the bus one stop earlier etc. Even things like fidgeting and moving your legs up and down while you ait will contribute. Just small bits of exercise that you won't even notice can impact your metabolic rate significantly enough that you will start to lose weight.

Well staying busy is a good way to not eat and if you have to eat an apple or some grapes to snake on they are good to. aviod fast food resturants. you will never be able to stop if you arent really want to do this put your mind to it cut everything sweet out , salt, caffine. My aunt found out her diabetes was getting much worse. she got on a diet prescribed by her doctor and lost a ton of weight we was scared she was going to die. she sticks to this diet she doesnt ever eat anything different cherrios bananas chicken cabbage stuff like that.

Well this is a big mistake that most people make they cut back on food and stop eating... when you do this your body feels like it is being starved... the best thing... instead of 3 big meals try having six small healthy meals and lots of healthy snacks this way your body doesnt go in panic mode and store fat... you can so it good luck

I doubt you want to stop eating. Food is great! :) but it's important to use it the right way. I would recommend eating 3 meals a day plus a treat at the end of the day. Having something to look forward to at the end of the day may motivate you to eat sensible portion sizes in the meals before.
