Where should my ex an I go for fun?

Question Posted Wednesday July 6 2011, 1:19 pm

So my ex wanted to hang out with me next week and he asked me to pick a place to hamg. I want to pick somewhere that doesn't seem like a date. I want to avoid the movies because we did that a lot when we first started dating, and I don't want to end up getting "intimate" with him. I just want to hang with him as a friend, but I don't know what to suggest. I've got about a few hours in the day to spend with him. What should I do?

I had the same problem. i agree with an ex is an ex for a reason but i went right ahead and hung out with him. My ex wanted to go some where just me and him you know? i really couldn't stand him at the time but i didn't want to be rude so i asked if us and a few friends could go hang out some where fun. like mini golfing, Elitches, water parks. He liked the idea so my friends, me, and him and his friends went to Elitches. it turned out to be a blast! and hes still my ex.

I'm just going to say that an ex is an ex for a reason. I wouldn't even go out as friends with him. Why is he wanting to spend time with you if you guys aren't together?

I've learned by experience that if an ex is trying to get back with you, don't. Like I said, an ex is an ex for a reason.

Have you tried indoor go-karting or even outdoor karting for that matter and competing against one another and friends? You could get a group together and then splinter off away from them once your race concludes. Indoor rock climbing might be fun too. If you're 16+ most comedy clubs would let you in if you don't drink.
