If you got skinnier and haven't been eating much. there are some people who dont eat ANYTHING but anorexic also means eating less.
Anorexic people tend to "watch" what they eat. They count calories and always look at the ingredients. If they think it's bad for them, they won't eat it. They are constantly looking in the mirror at their bodies. Constantly weighing themselves. Some even exercise to the point of exhaustion and they collapse.
pretty much destroying their life... don't become an anorexic. My friend is suffering from anorexia and its really scary. She was recently hospitalized from dehydration and I can't even explain it right now.. Its scary.
If you want to lose weight- there are better ways. you can still watch what you eat, but make sure you're at least eating. For instance, instead of eating that chocolate brownie.. try going for a caesar salad. Or instead of drinking Coca Cola, drink water. Exercise is good. but don't over do it. Run some laps, go swimming, biking, lift some weights. Work up a nice sweat. [ lovealways1221's advice column | Ask lovealways1221 A Question ]
