My skin in pretty dark, and i dont know what colors make me look a bit lighter ? sometimes i wear bright shirts and they make me look SUPER dark, So anybody who knows about fashionn Write to me please(:

Darker colors work well
Grey, Green, Navy, Brown, Purple etc.
If you were vibrant colors you will stand out because the colors are too bright, Try to stay away from bright colors. If you feel the need to wear it anyway try and mix it up.....Bright shirt under a tank top or something, Wearing vibrant jewelry works great also. Be creative but not over the top

I personally find that dark skin works well with deep navy type colours, blues etc, especially if you have long black curly hair, it looks fantastic :) dark coloured skin would probably be less obvious in darker colours, so avoid florescent colours, stick with neutrals :) My boyfriend is black and I found when he wears light colours like whites he looks good too. hope that helps
