your kids dont have anything to do with you not getting what you want so in that matter, you have no right to be putting your hands on them. i understand you getting mad when they fight but you still dont have to hit them. there are other ways to discipline them. ex. taking a game, no snack, sleep with no tv, ect . ]
You have to find help seriously. the reasons why you hit your kids has to do something with yourself, not your kids driving you there. As a mother and adult your kids look torwards for comfort and support, so you have to help yourself asap. The good thing is that you recognize you have a problem you dont want to be the reason your kids grow up fucked up. So please find help. In the meantime when you have the urge to hit, hide. go to the bathroom close your eyes and clam down. Good Luck and please love your kids dont hit them. ]
You didn't give a whole lot of detail but from what you've written, You need anger management classes.
Hitting your children is child abuse even if you think it's just discipline. It's not acceptable ]
I don't have the training required to tell you why you hit your kids in the manner you describe as to when you do so. I don't feel any of us have the training to answer you. What I see in your question is you have some anger management and some control issues you need to get some help with before you hurt your children.
Disciplining your children is one thing. Hitting your children is another. Their is a very fine line between a spanking and child abuse. Hitting with a closed fist, even in a discipline situation is child abuse. Hitting your child because you are angry is child abuse.
Should a teacher, doctor or other adult see marks on your child that are not explainable you could be in serious trouble. You need to get help; you need anger management therapy. Talk to your family doctor about this and then follow your doctors advise. ]
