Making out with my boyfriend is romantic and nice and all, but I'd like to know what can really drive him crazy and have him itching for more action. Any suggestions on what to do during?

It always got the heat rising. Also, sometimes i would put her up on the kitchen counter and make out, with her legs wrapped around me. Or i pushed her up against the wall. It dealt a little pain and discomfort, but sometimes thats a hot thing. What else you could try doing is with only your underwear, sit on top of his (you know) and lean back to kiss him with your fingers on his cheek. That always got to me when my old gf did it :)
Those are some things you can try, but dont make it become a habit, if you know what i mean. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

Another trick that works for me is gentle play with his ear lobes, suck on them a little bit and very gently let your tongue tough the skin, also kissing his neck would probably help if you do it gently.
Id say the best trick is, tease him with little bits of pressure here and there, don't go all out because he'll drive himself crazy wanting you to do more.
