LG Vu Plus Music Sync

Question Posted Monday May 30 2011, 3:03 pm

I have an LG Vu Plus (LG GR700) and I need help getting my music to show on my music player. It was working not to long ago and now it shows I have no music at all. I thought I might have accidentally deleted the songs, but when I plugged my phone into Windows Media Player, the songs are all there. I have no clue what caused this. I've tried turning my phone off then on, taking the card out and putting it back in my phone. And changed my USB connection in my phone settings. Can someone please help? Thanks.

The only answer I can find is to delete all the songs off the phone then transfer them back like you did in the first place.

If that doesn't help, you are going to want to contact your cell provider's help, or take the phone into the store you bought it at and have them troubleshoot it for you.

That is why you pay them the big bucks. :-)
