Burning, Teary eyes

Question Posted Monday May 30 2011, 3:46 pm

About twice or three times a week, specially when I start reading, my eyes start to burn and tear up and the more tears the more they burn, a couple of times I had to pull off to the side of the road because I couldn't open my eyes, my optometrist said it was dry eye and to use over the counter drops but it doesn't seem to help, anybody there know what it is? Would love an answer...

It could be dry eye but it also could very well be allergies, Try over the counter allergy medication and see if that helps. :)
