How to comfort my girlfriend if she has nightmares ?
She's been having nightmares for the last 3 weeks. She had dreams that she saw her best friend die. She's really scared she wakes up at night crying. She sometimes cries in the morning too. She doesn't wanna talk about them. What can I do to comfort her ? What should I say to her ?

She's not phycic,She cannot see the future.
Dreams only lasts a few seconds according to scientists with back up research. So,I suggest you take her to a therapist....People can give out and hurt others over their problem..Just so you know.

Just hold her and let her feel safe in your arms. Try not to pressure her into speaking about them, she will talk when she is ready. I don't think you need to say anything, just again let her know that your here to look after her. Hope this helps. Good luck to you both :)
