Go to your school office (or the town hall, if you're homeschooled) and ask for a work permit. You'll need one when you're employed anyways, and the guidelines/restrictions (such as what hours you can work, how many days, etc.) are usually included with it, for the employer to sign.

Anyway, you're pretty limited, especially in this economy. Grocery stores may hire you, fast food MAYBE, and restaurants (busboy, most likely).

Don't forget odd jobs! Mow lawns, water plants, walk dogs, babysit. Good luck!

Some places will hire at 15, but there are really strict rules to it. You wont be able to work full time, and I highly doubt you'd be able to work on an school days. One of the few places I know of that used to hire under 16 is McDonald's. You could try there first, but they also might have changed their stance.
