Luxurious yet affordable, this iconic beauty classic has been a cult favourite world-wide for generations. An everyday essential, Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Lotion bathes the skin in moisture. Pure Cocoa Butter is a rich emollient moisturiser which leaves skin soft and silky smooth, transforming even the roughest, driest areas into buttery soft skin.
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant which helps to improve the appearance of scars, stretch marks and imperfections on the skin, giving a more even and toned appearance.

My boyfriend uses Goldbond moisturizer on his face when he goes snowboarding because he gets really bad windburn, and Goldbond really helps. You can get it at Walmart, and it's pretty inexpensive. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
I use Cetaphil on my body, and it's a nice, non-fragrance or any fuss kind of lotion. It won't cause irritation and it does a nice job. I haven't used their face lotion, but I'm sure it is great.
If you want to go a little more expensive, you can try Ulta or Sephora. Benefit just came out with a new skincare line, and they usually have some fantastic products so it might be worth a try. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Philosophy is a brand I've heard rave reviews about, but I've never tried it because it's on the expensive side. Hope in a Jar is their cult product, and they have a travel size you can get for $15 and see if you love it before spending more money on the regular size. I've heard great things about Aveeno, Eucerin, Juergens, and St. Ives. Try things out and look for words like deep conditioning, hydrating, 24 hour hydration, shea butter, cocoa butter, and for sensitive dry skin.
