what do you do when your being replaced

It's difficult to give good advice based on the little information given, but here it goes:

If you feel as though you're being replaced, confront the person who's replacing you and tell them how you feel. Ask them if there was anything that happened that made them feel as though they need to replace you. If they say they didn't mean to make you feel that way, then talk about what could be done differently so no one's feelings get hurt.
