Your crush is a nice guy who is afraid to bust a move because he is afraid of rejection. Next time you talk to him, give him lots of compliments, smile and touch his arm a lot or, even better, just flat out ask him out. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right? Guys have to put their egos on the line everyday asking women out, so how about you see how that feels so you can better understand a guy's position?

Of course guys like it when you dress pretty. He might be shy or just doesn't feel the need to compliment you. I'm sure he thinks you look pretty. Just be more than pretty though, as in personality. Be sure to be nice and sweet and just a good person overall. He'll be more attracted to you if you try to be a better person. Looks aren't everything :)

If you want your crush to notice you, you have to do more than dress pretty. I'm not saying dressing pretty won't get you noticed, but you have to make some kind of interaction as well to gain a guys attention. Say "hi" when you walk by him, ask him if he wants to hang out sometime, compliment what he is wearing, and don't forget to smile!
When you casually flirt, it helps a guy to notice you and if you find something you have in common that's even better; you could talk about his interests. Start a conversation, be friendly, and I'm sure he will notice you more <3
