It really isn't up to you to care how she feels. If she wants to be childish and be angry with you over this then that is her problem. All relationships have expiration dates anyways. Sometimes it's six months others its 60 years. The same goes for friendships. Definitely don't let this conflict interfere with your relationship with your boyfriend. That would be giving her way too much control over things and would annoy the bejesus out of your boyfriend.

First explain to her that you did not intend to hurt her what so ever. Boys should never come between friends. Try to spend alot of time with her to make her realize that She means alot to you just like him. But unfortunatly,. he chose you,. just make her feel like she will find someone else,. that she is worth that. She may feel mad because she just wants some one to like her back. Maybe see if you can match her up with someone single? like his friends? or something like that.

Hope this helps:)

You acknowledge that you can see it hurts her. Tell her you really appreciate her putting your friendship first and understanding that you can't help you like each other.

Tell her if there is anything you can do to help, or make things easier, you are there for her.

Then ignore it. Let her bring it up if she needs too. Let her ignore it if she needs too.
