the guy i like doesn't like white girls. he is hispanic and he prefers hispanics. what should i do? we talk all the time and we flirt. but it hurt to know that he would never like me because of my race. he isn't racist because we are great friends, but what can i do to change his mind? what can i do do make him more open minded?

There isn't much you can do, You can't change what people are attracted too.
I am white, I have a lot of friends who are black but I wouldn't date any of them because I am attracted to white/fair skinned people.

The problem here is that we aren't talking about a matter of close-mindedness... instead we are talking about sexual attraction.
People are attracted to what they are attracted to. It doesn't usually change.
Example: I have met some very pleasant African-American women, but I am attracted to fair skinned women. So, basically I have to ask you a question:
Would you be happy being in a relationship with this guy, if seeing you naked was a turn-off?
If you could be in a relationship with him, knew that sex wasn't EVER going to happen... and knew he would resent you for giving up his sexual future to be with you... Would that make you happy?
I hope not, because it it would make you happy, then you are most selfish person I know.
Be friends, but don't ruin that friendship by insisting on taking this someplace that would make his life hell.
I know you want him to find you sexually attractive, but he doesn't. Let it go, and find someone who is attracted to you. Attraction only lasts when it is mutual.
