I recommend pilates -- it does wonders, it truly works like magic. But you have to stick to it and dedicate about half an hour each day or so to exercising. It tones your entire body. I do pilates and I love it. Remember to combine it with a healthy diet, of course.

1.Breakfast have it between 7am-9am
2.Lunch(have whatever you like, if you have a good big lunch you will not eat to much in the night time) between 12noon-2pm , and yes don't forgot a lot of water, and in the night try not to eat after 7;30pm
