Hello, i lost 10LB in 6 weeks with not going to guy or any sport... but i did walk a lot..
1.Breakfast have it between 7am-9am
2.Lunch(have whatever you like, if you have a good big lunch you will not eat to much in the night time) between 12noon-2pm , and yes don't forgot a lot of water, and in the night try not to eat after 7;30pm
(i eat between 5;30pm-6;30pm) some very very light like salad, or a fat low yogurt.
