tampon strings and swimming

Hi how can I make sure my tampon string doesn't embarress me when swimming

run your finger behind the string bringing it forward [dont pull]. this allows the string to rest right in the middle of your vagina. then put the bottoms on and it wont move as if you had tucked it in.

Make sure its tucked away when you put your bottoms on. Don't wear any thong-like swimsuits.
