Overdose I have taken 50 pills more info

Seeing as you're still writing to us, you are likely past the worst of the dangers. You should still see a doctor, to rule out any possible invisible organ damage that may have been done.
And yes, there is a problem. Something led you to take those pills. Nobody takes 50 allergy pills because they have a sniffle. Even though you're past the immediate physical danger, the emotional reasons behind your taking the pills have to be addressed. When you go to see the doctor, ask for a referral to a counselor. Many work on a sliding scale depending on your income, so money isn't a factor. I strongly suggest that you start seeing a counselor who can help you work through your problems. Suicide is not the answer.

That's an allergy drug if I read the Google information correctly. Obviously taking 50 of them wasn't a good idea as it's over the amount subscribed or recommended.
While you won't die with it now being three days after having done so may or may not have adverse effecta on you physically that only a doctor could tell you for sure.
You need to see one and tell them what you did, why and that you need to know if you should visit an emergency room or have further treatment. I doubt you can die (would have done so already) but there still can be adverse reactions unless a doctor tells you otherwise.

I have looked up the drug Piriton on the Web. You have taken just over three(3) times the recommended adult daily dosage of this drug. Anytime you abuse a drug: yes by taking more of a drug then the recommended or prescribed dosage, you are abusing that drug, unless under a doctors supervision, their are side-effects. You may not be feeling them today, you are doing harm to yourself.
My advice is this: Stop taking this medication right now. Call your family doctor or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. If you are unable to do that pick up the phone and dial the emergency number for the country you live in. Tell them you have overdosed on this drug.
If you still live at home tell your parents, they will know what to do. Whatever you decide to do, do it now before you harm yourself further. You could be looking at Liver, Kidney and even Heart problems due to the overdose of this drug.
