my name is Rachel and my ex boyfriend's name is kenny he just broke up with me this past weekend and at first it didn't bother me at all and then later on I became depressed. I go to a mental health center 5 days a week and he goes there to and I have to look at his face every day and it makes me more upset and ever since he broke up with me i've been drinking untill I get drunk every day and smoking weed until I get high.
He broke up with me becouse he thought I was cheating on him when I kept telling him I wasn't and I don't know why he would think that I would cheat on him when i've never cheated on him in the whole year we was dating. please tell me How I can get over him?

One thing that definitely wont help is hookups. It will make you feel better at that time but the next day, the pain will be back. As for the drugs and the drinking, that wont solve, anything. Just like sex it will mask the pain, but it will not cure it. It will only mask it.
I went through the same thing. My boyfriend accused me of cheating on him multiple times. With a guy 5 years older than me. I know, it absurd what guys will accuse us of. But when they do, that's just a sign of insecurities. It's kind of there thing, hurt us first before we can hurt them. Even sometimes men will accuse us of something they have done.
