I'd like to know more about what is bothering you specifically. I can tell you what to do to help overcome these things. What is making you feel this way? I don't mind being a personal psychologist, lol. You can add me on windows messenger: idamaria1@live.com.

Nobody ever said it was easy. Life isn't easy. No one's life is perfect, so that shouldn't be your expectation, or you will be thoroughly disappointed. Here on Advicenators, we give people advice. It's up to them to decide what to do with it. If you've decided that there is no changing of the dark place you're in, then there is absolutely nothing any of us here can do for you. It is up to YOU to decide how you are going to fix your predicament, all we are trying to do is lend you a hand in doing so. Considering we have all been depressed and been through bad things before (everyone, not just the people here on this site) I'd say you should be more open minded to other people's advice. You can't just say 'oh that will never work, my situation is completely different' to everyone who tries to help you. Also, it would probably help if you elaborated on your situation a little bit more. It's all anonymous here, so you don't have to worry about people knowing who you are or anything. Anyways, best of luck, Jess.

You're right it's easier said then done.
You're not alone, everyone experiences depression and lows at some point in their life.

It seems like you are going through a difficult stage in your life, and when this happens we start to deny how we turly feel and feel its best to hide these feelings away rather than dealing with them. This is why when you're at home it hits you the hardest, this is where you can be your true self and let the tears flow, as there's no one to see this.

It's really important for you to talk to someone who you can trust and feel comfortbale speaking with. Keeping these kind of emotions to yourself can be quite explosive, you need to let off steam and have the confidence to share how you feel without feeling that you are going to be judged by others. You need to ask yourself 'why are you really angry?' it could be that by letting all these emotions build, its causing you tension and stress.
If you feel that you cannot speak to your close ones about this, then it may be ideal for you to seek professional advice such as your local counselor, they will be able to direct you and help support what you're going through, that is one option.

The best way forward is to start thinking positive, i know this will be very difficult but the only way to change how you feel is to gradually start thinking positive and happy thoughts. Don't forget that only you have the ability and power to do anything and be whatever it is you want. I hope this has helped abit and I wish you the best.
