We'll have to have a huge presentation/essay on an ethic topic. Now abortion and euthansia are always the big ones but I want something no one else has probably done but a bit controversal so there will be an argument, but something I will be passionate about.
For example, this girl was used as an example. She's passionate about basketball, so the theacher said that he could base her project on the ethics of health, steriod use, or basketball palyers being overpaid (there were lots).
But I'm not sure about mine. I guess healthcare? Volunteerism woul dbe a good one but nothing from it will pop into my head. Please just list me a couple of topics. THanks!

Or you could do something surrounding the ethics of drug testing - is it ethical to test a drug that could cure Cancer on animals? Experimenting on humans could also be an interesting topic, you could look at Nazi testing on Jews during World War II or the 2006 TeGenero drugs trials in the UK. Or you could take a psychological perspective - is it ethical to lie to a participant in order to get an accurate result in an experiment? Milgram's obedience studies would be a good one to look at for this one.
If you want to choose an uncommon topic, try and look at things from an alternative perspective. For example, suicide is always controversial but along with euthanasia and abortion, it's quite an obvious choice. If you really wanted to do it you could go down an alternative route, such as suicide pacts, cults or clusters - you might want to have a look at Bridgend, Wales, UK where since 2007 there have been a disproportionate number of teen suicides. In terms of mental health, you could also look at the ethics of antidepressants etc - is it ethical to chemically alter someone's mood?
