How do you prevent uti's (Urinary Tract Infections) after having sex?
i've had sex for the first time with my bf this weekend and went home with an AWFUL uti... we still want to keep having sex but i don't wanna get more uti's. is there anything i can do after sex to avoid uti's?? please help me out guys! thanks!

Pee before and after sex....!!!! Really important. And make sure that he is clean down there especially if he isnt circumsized!!

Cranberry juice, or tablets. These can help later, but also before the act.

Make sure you're both nice and clean down there before you have sex. Definately avoid going from anal to vaginal sex to avoid cross contamination. Use sanitary wipes or baby wipes to clean your area after sex. I hope this helps and good luck.

I know it'll kill the romance, but always pee as soon as you can after any contact down below. Trust me, it fixes the problem.
