gotta drop my weight!!!

I have the body of a 16 year old but im only 12. Im 5'7 and weigh 220. I have no ideo how im gonna get down to at least 170. That'll be as much as my little sister.(im also big boned) Like i said i dnt know how to loose the weight and i cant get another tube for my bike Plus the dirt roads i live on are a disaster so i have to wait for spring or summer. Especilay durring gym class im a wall flower and im more concentraded on the way i look. I dont like to wear shorts in school. i just want to drop some weight so i can stop worrying about how fat or flabby i look. plz help!!!
PS Im part italian so food is a big part of my life. Ive been stressing out wich has caused me to "over snack" but besides that i eat pretty healthy. : )

There's a lot of hope for your situation :)
You can very easily lose the weight. The first suggestion I'd make is stop snacking. Stick to three regular sized meals. These meals should be well balanced. Try that for a few weeks and let me know how that goes. I'll be willing to help you more after that, but I don't want to overwhelm you with suggestions.
