Well, depends on what you already do.

Do you already exercise? Keeps you fit and helps with keeping your skin glowing.

Do you already take really good care of your teeth, hair, and nails? If you bite your nails, stooop! Trust me. I used to, and I thought I had stubby ugly man fingers, when really I just needed to stop biting the darn things. If you bite them and need help stopping, you could try what I did. I kept some hand cream (that wasn't heavily scented) and applied it whenever I wanted to bite. I would look and see how soft and healthy my hangnails were getting and no longer wanted to bite them. Not to mention my hands were soft. :)

If your hair is unhealthy with bunches of split ends from constant styling or coloring, help it out a bit. Lay off the heat and dyes, keep it trimmed. Every once in a while do those bleaching strips at home for your teeth and keep them brushed. On that note, maybe your hair style in general isn't doing anything for you?

Eyebrow shape plays a big factor. Too thick or too thin, too arched or too flat... You have to find just the right shape for you. Look at yours and see if you think they are.

Big one here: Do you SMILE sincerely at people? Are you kind to them? I know you're probably think "Ugh, another cheesy inner beauty activist", but it really is true. When I first met a girl in one of my classes I thought she was gorgeous--healthy glow, long blonde hair, almost 6 ft and slender, bright blue eyes, perfect smile... But she is the most conceited girl you ever met. She doesn't care about others at all and is constantly seeking attention and pushing people out of her way for it (literally.) People hate being around her, so they aren't even around to notice her pretty looks, ya know?

Get your SLEEP! There's a reason they call it beauty sleep.

If you wear make up, wash it off every night or your pores will get clogged, causing the awful red zits, blackheads, and whiteheads.

Try to make sure your lips are never chapped. Vaseline when they're especially dry and a good lip balm the rest the time should do it.

Skimming through this article, I notice it touches on some stuff that I already did, but you might wanna give it a look anyway. It goes into more detail. :)

Best of luck, and remember that as cheesy as it may sound, the number one thing is to believe that you are beautiful. Not in a haughty "I could totally beat that girl in a beauty pageant, I'm so awesome and perfect!" way, but in a "I love myself and you know what? Even if I'm not perfect, I'm still happy with myself." way.
