How do I tell him?!?

So there's a guy... He's 16 and he doesn't have a girlfriend. I think he's really cute. We see eachother at parties and there was a party yesterday, and of course there was music, so we danced together to bachata. It was nice, but I guess I should've talked to him more while we were so close together. It could've been the perfect time to talk to him.(NOTE: he doesn't make fun of me or anything like that.) One thing I don't get is that he flirts with me once in a while even though he doesn't have feelings for me.
Anyways, I know he doesn't like me, but I really want to tell him that I like him, just so he knows and so I don't have to be so sneaky all the time. Should I tell him? How do I tell him?

Yes, definitely tell him. Next time you get close to him,(maybe you could call him) tell him that you have feelings for him. Tell him that you understand if he doesnt like you, that you just wanted to let him know. If he likes you back, don't take it so seriously, have an unofficial relationship for a little while, until your a little older. Remember: be yourself, take it slow, dont go serious so fast your only 13.

Well I wouldn't tell him how you feel if he doesn't feel the same. But this is all up to you. If you do want to tell him how you feel, go ahead. I would try talking and flirting with him more. I dont think you should make the first move. If he's interested in you in the first place he would talk to you. Don't tell him you like him he doesn't have to know. Unless you want to be an easy girl for him?
My advice is to keep it a secret. Tell your friends you like him. But don't be so easy to get with this guy. Just because you like him doesn't mean you need to pursue him. That's the man's job. If you end up making the first move you could get hurt. So do what a girl's gotta do...make him come to you :)
