How can I make my teeth whiter? Without whitening strips? Is there a paste I can make or something?

I'm not sure of anything you can make but if you wanna buy a toothpaste Crest 3D white is what I use and its amazing for whitening.

Make a paste from hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Stay away from lemons and oranges. Citrus can damage tooth enamel.

... that website shows 3 different easy homemade pastes that you can use to make your teeth whiter. at the very bottom it tells about tips and warnings, so I'm going to have to disagree with the previous advice you were given.. dont use the lemon juice because it doesnt make your teeth healthy at all.

I know of some kind of past although it might not taste too nice. Make a paste of few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of common baking soda. Apply this to your teeth and massage gently as if brushing. This helps to remove the stain from the teeth.There are other ways for example brush your teeth with regular toothpaste, then get a white wash cloth and pour some extra virgin olive oil and scrub your teeth for incredible results. OR Rub your teeth with the inside of orange peels. Orange peels have a mild compound that has been shown to whiten teeth which removes stains from teeth without damaging the enamel Hope this helps!!xx
