Teeth?

How can I make my teeth stronger? My teeth are very weak and sensitive. When I eat something cold my teeth get this agonizing pain and then if I eat something warm after something cold, they hurt reallllyyyyyy bad. Expecially when i eat like hot pizza then drink a soda or cold water or milk or anything. What is a way I can stregthan my enamal on my teeth and stuff? How can I make them stronger.? I have 4 fillings and they Hurt when I put something cold on thm. Please help!!

toothpastes like sensodyne work well. However, your dentist can prescribe you special, extra strong toothpaste if you pay them a visit.
