What would be the best cell phone plan & cell phone for me?

Question Posted Monday January 10 2011, 2:33 pm

I like phones that slide sideways with a full horizontal keyboard. Unlimited EVERYTHING, nothing fancy looking, just a messaging phone. It can't be ugly though! I like blue phones.

What would be the best plan for me if I want something that is less than $100/month and companies that have messaging phones.

MAYBE: Touchscreen with a keyboard, can take pictures & videos with it, and the internet looks good when you go on it.

Thank you to everyone who answers!

Go with ATT, they help you pick a phone you will like and update them free as long as you renew your contract.

I have found the best deal to be with t-mobile through wal-mart. Wal-Mart has a plan along with t-mobile that my brother and I are currently on where we pay $70 a month for the two of us ($45 for a single person). We get unlimited talk/minutes and unlimited text messaging. There is internet but you have to but these webpack cards which vary from $5-$25 depending how many MB of internet you want to use. So over all you would pay around $45-$60(if you want webpacks) a month. Not a bad deal! As for the phones, they want you to use theirs but if you go into he store and just buy the sim card instead of the phone you can use whichever t-mobile phone you like. We are using the iphone with our plan.
